REGISTRATION FEE

The registration fee will entitle entry to all conference sessions, exhibitions, tea/coffee breaks, conference lunch, dinner, a conference kit, and an abstract book. In addition to the scientific activities of the conference, site seeing tours may be arranged upon request.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation requests made on or before 1st July 2025 will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee.
• Refunds will be processed after deducting applicable bank processing charges.
• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to:

Advertisement In Souvenir

A souvenir consisting of abstracts of the scientific papers/posters, advertisements and general information will be published on the occasion of REES 2025. The organizing committee requests all the well wishers/ participants to render theirfullest support by way of providing advertisements/scientific inputs in the souvenir
